Prologue
The Buddha said, life encompasses eight sufferings: birth, aging, illness, death, the sorrow of parting from loved ones, the frustration of unfulfilled desires, the meeting of resentment and hatred, and the overwhelming of the five aggregates. Furthermore, Qin Guan believed that an additional phrase should be included: "the inability to let go"
