Chapter 10, it really is a car wash

Dark Small Medium Large Original Scroll to Bottom

At first, the strong man thought it was normal for a guest to come by to wash the car. However, after a moment of contemplation, he was left dumbfounded. From the sound, he realized that there was a woman inside the car. What kind of foolishness would lead a woman to come and "wash the car" while the two big shots were negotiating?

It was just a casual question out of boredom while driving. Her words lacked any sincerity

With a loud "Duang," the strong man's head made intimate contact with the car door. If it weren't for Daisy's concern about damaging the door, the force could have been even greater

After speaking, she pointed the gun at James Wesley and uttered a statement that left everyone in shock: "Quick, have them help me wash the car"

Daisy continued to ask: "If given the opportunity to walk in the sunlight and enjoy the adoration of the media, would you be willing?"

His intuition told him that the other party's intention was likely not to wash the car

Daisy's grip on James is more lethal than on his subordinates. If Jin Bing's assistant were to die here, the prospect of cooperation in real estate development would be out of the question, and they would immediately become mortal enemies. James is not only Jin Bing's assistant but also a friend; if anything were to happen, it would be impossible for him to explain.

The subordinates obeyed orders and followed commands, and upon opening the car door, they also saw the bloodstains in the back seat

A few Russian big men were also bewildered, as they had truly never encountered such a bizarre situation before. They looked at their leader, waiting for him to make a decision

In order to foster a good relationship, the handgun was wiped clean of fingerprints and returned to his embrace

But regardless of the conspiracy behind the scenes, he must save James, and he said to his subordinate: "Go wash her."

She checked the magazine, which contained seven bullets, and glanced at the gun again. "Oh, is this a collector's edition? Mr. Wesley has good taste."

Daisy's response was off-topic: "Mr. Wesley is a talented individual, fluent in several languages, skilled in communication, and very proficient in modern capital operations. His work capabilities are outstanding. With such excellent qualifications, why does he not pursue a career in a large enterprise, but instead associate with gangsters?"

The other party cast a curious glance at her, while Daisy held the steering wheel with one hand and pointed a gun at him with the other hand

She did not mention the matter of money, nor did the Russians say anything about it. This was good news for Daisy, who only had five hundred dollars left, as several Russian men watched her take James Wesley away.

Sighing, Daisy took the bus to visit her future Uncle Punishment. It would be even better if he could wake up and help her reimburse the expenses.

With a feint that deceived her opponent, she broke free from the encirclement and delivered a kick to the opponent's backside, sending the man with the iron chain crashing into several of his companions. Taking advantage of the momentum, she accelerated towards James Wesley, who was watching the scene from a short distance away.

Although the style of the painting was not appropriate, she still expressed her intention, "Can you wash cars here?"

"Notify over there, Mr. Wesley has been kidnapped by an unknown woman, and the rest of the matter has nothing to do with us." The emaciated man seemed to have a hint of enjoying the spectacle, not fearing trouble.

It is said that one should not expect a reward for saving others, but she truly has no money left

"The recovery is truly fast; is this guy really an ordinary person?" She shook her head and slowly left the neighborhood.

The chain is quite difficult to use, and this bald man uses it even more clumsily. Daisy surpasses him in both reaction time and speed.

Daisy's movements were much quicker than his, as she forcefully pushed open the car door

James Wesley is somewhat unclear about who she really is, could she be from a headhunting company

Setting up the water gun, I began to wash the car. In less than ten minutes, the entire vehicle was cleaned. Afterwards, I replaced the seat cover in the back seat with a new one

The license plate was installed; previously, she had removed the plate and took the car to another legitimate car wash, where it was repainted and underwent some modifications, before finally returning the car to the rental company

Seeing that there were no pursuers behind her, Daisy knocked James Wesley unconscious, leaving this elite who yearned for wealth and honor, yet was bound by friendship, to be discarded from the vehicle after running errands for the gang.

Daisy glanced at the weapons of several individuals, unsure whether it was their nature to prefer hand-to-hand combat or a reluctance to use firearms. The group of Russians were armed with cold weapons, such as clubs, daggers, and iron chains

I contemplated several adversaries in my mind, but could not figure out which family sent a woman here to cause trouble

The burly man stumbled after being hit, still not understanding what had happened, when Daisy pulled him back, the bright stun gun "zha" pressed against his neck, and he rolled his eyes before fainting.

The emaciated man suppressed his anger and said: "I don't care who sent you, just get out now!"

James's expression changed dramatically; he was indeed involved in criminal activities, but he was a strategist, playing the role of an assistant. In the original timeline, he pretended to be impressive but ended up looking foolish, getting shot to death by the female protagonist, Night Demon. His combat ability was quite poor, and before he could react, Daisy had already run up to him.

Which headhunting company is resorting to gangsters to poach talent? Are they really pointing guns at themselves, threatening to shoot if one does not comply?

Daisy stood on her tiptoes and turned the burly man over

Daisy sensed that there was no vibration frequency of Frank in the vicinity. After inspecting the scene, it was clear that the other party had left calmly, leaving not a single cent behind

After a series of trials and tribulations, only a few hundred dollars remain

Daisy raised the gun, signaling James to get into the car, and she checked it over. These Russians have good skills; it was cleaned very thoroughly, with not a trace of blood visible.

On the other side, Daisy was driving back.

He let out a grunt, indicating that he was not prepared to answer the question

There were no firearms, nor any daggers, only a knuckle duster that fell from the pocket of a burly man. She did not know how to use this thing, and after a moment of inward cursing, she calmly looked at the remaining five people

"You are covering your face because I have seen you, right?" James Wesley analyzed to himself, trying to find clues

"Why can't I make myself understood to you? The persecution paranoia is too severe..." Daisy ran to the left before a few people surrounded her, where there was a bald man holding a chain.

Daisy was somewhat inclined to recruit him; this fellow was undoubtedly a talent. However, considering his friendship with Jim and her own pitiful five hundred dollars, she temporarily abandoned this thought

A kick to the lower abdomen, taking advantage of the moment when the opponent bent over, Daisy pulled out an M1911 from his embrace

Are you out of your mind! James Wesley was so furious that his teeth were grinding, and all he could think of was the cat-and-mouse game, firmly believing that the other party was not here to wash the car.

There were also three strong men nearby, who were eyeing him fiercely and gradually surrounding him.

The emaciated man appears somewhat indecisive; his subordinates only need to act recklessly and confrontationally, while he has to consider many factors

What exactly do you want to say

Immediately draw the weapon and prepare to urge the other party to leave quickly

James Wesley took two steps back with an expression of anticipation as he watched the performance

Pushing open the door, I found the room empty and devoid of people

Whether it is James Wesley, wearing square-framed glasses and a sharp suit, or several Russians, they were all taken aback. Is this the fresh excuse used for causing trouble now
