Ghost Master

The story takes place at the end of the Yuan Dynasty, a time of great chaos in the world, where heroes emerged and demons roamed freely. Behind every rebel leader raising the banner of revolt, there were individuals with extraordinary skills assisting them. They were well-versed in the five elements and the eight trigrams, knowledgeable in exorcism and talismanic practices, and possessed the art of mysterious gates and escape.

This is an era characterized by an endless array of various sorceries, strange arts, and demonic techniques, beginning with the one-eyed stone man. The world is not only marked by the succession of dynasties but also by the competition among Daoism, Buddhism, the Ming Sect, and Nestorianism.

In the countryside, a young man named Lin Qi encounters a mysterious figure and acquires a remarkable book. He learns the arts of ghost worship, cursing ghosts, exorcising ghosts, fighting ghosts, battling ghosts, beheading ghosts, subduing ghosts, disguising as ghosts, and employing ghostly techniques. He becomes embroiled in the tumultuous currents of history, assisting Zhu Yuanzhang in his great battles against Chen Youliang, contending with the Mongolian national master in magical duels, discerning between yin and yang, identifying demons and monsters, exorcising deities, and ultimately becoming a renowned ghost master.
