The program "Lion Star King," a "Campus Entertainment Talk Show," is based on the highly popular entertainment talk show "Day Day Up." The show is intertwined with the narrative of "Starfish and Lion 1: Guo Ni X Chao Yuan's Work 'Angel Street No. 23.'" In the program, the 17-year-old male protagonist, Mu Ye, who serves as the campus outdoor host, meets a diverse group of individuals through the female lead, Shi Yue. This group of young people, reminiscent of those living in "Love Apartment," experiences various strange, humorous, tragic, and foolish events on campus, embarking on a robust journey filled with laughter and tears in their school life.
