Temporary Guardian

Within each person's heart lies a dark beast, lurking and waiting to drag you into an endless abyss; only love and companionship can provide the strength to seek the light. Everyone needs to find their own guardian in life. This is a story of two companions, one large and one small, who accompany each other through life and the days they share together

The protagonist is entrusted by an old friend to take care of a thirteen-year-old girl in the Land of the Rising Sun. Although this girl has a rather awkward and unlikable personality, it is still a simple task—just looking after a child for a month, nothing difficult. However, as various strange events unfold, the protagonist never anticipated that merely serving as a temporary guardian would entangle them in a cataclysm that occurred sixty-five million years ago. Life is indeed full of surprises!
